We aim to reply to all messages within two UK working days (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm). Rate error reports are treated as priority and usually receive a response within one working day. We do not operate a weekend support service, so messages sent on Friday may not be answered until Monday.

Absolutely — select "New Calculator Suggestion" and describe the tool you'd like to see. Popular requests with clear UK use cases are added to our development roadmap. We cannot guarantee a timeline, but every suggestion is reviewed and voted on internally.
LawnsCal UK provides general guidance through our calculators and guides, but we are not qualified agronomists or horticulturalists. For bespoke lawn programmes — particularly for sports surfaces or large commercial sites — we recommend consulting an IOG (Institute of Groundsmanship) or BASIS-qualified professional.
